Wednesday and Thursday, June 30 and July 1 in the Bookstore/Mail Room
The bookstore will be closed on Wednesday, June 30th and Thursday, July 1st for inventory. The mailroom and copy services can be accessed from the back door located on the dock.

LIBRARY TECHNOLOGY CENTER CLOSED JULY 4TH

Just a reminder that the Library Technology Center will be closed on Sunday, July 4th and Monday July 5th. The LTC's open hours for the rest of Summer Quarter will be: Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 6 p.m. Closed Friday and Saturday. Questions? Call us at x4556.

WEB-ENHANCED CLASSES DEVELOPED
Congratulations to the following faculty members for completing the Web-Enhanced Curriculum Design Institute this Spring Quarter and for developing the following web-enhanced classes (web-enhanced means face-to-face classes with a supplemental online
component):

These faculty members were awarded $500 stipends to participate in this grant-funded project. Thanks to Workforce and Economic Development (WED) for helping to secure Best Practices funding from the Washington State Board of Community and Technical Colleges for this project. The project was administered through Distance Learning Services.

PAYROLL FOR END OF FISCAL YEAR 03-04
Thursday, July 1, 10:00 am
Any payroll documents (including PAs, hourly timesheets, extra hours, overtime, leave without pay, as well as leave forms) to be processed for the current fiscal year 03-04 must be in the Payroll Office by no later than 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 1st. Any pay documents received after this deadline will be paid on the new fiscal year 04-05 budget.
