Beginning in February, paychecks will no longer be mailed the day before payroll, but will be available for pick up from departments/divisions on pay days. Employees who currently have their checks mailed were notified of this change with their 1/10 or 1/15 paychecks.
If paychecks are not picked up from departments/divisions, they will be returned to Human Resources to be mailed the morning of the next business day. Since we are implementing this change to reduce costs, I encourage employees to pick up their checks on pay days.
Employees who do not work on the main campus will continue to have their checks mailed. If you have any questions, please call Nancy Teske (ext. 4515) if you are classified, faculty, or exempt employees; or Veronica Botts (ext. 4510) if you are a student or hourly employee.
FOOD SERVICE UPDATE

regarding how Food Services will be provided during this construction period. The Committee is chaired by Mary Kelemen.

warming food and with tables & chairs for dining.
