Add An Unofficial Student, Observer, or Tutor to a Bb ClassroomPlease fill out this form if you would like an "unofficial" / unregistered student, an observer, or a tutor to be placed into your Blackboard classroom. An example of an unofficial / unregistered student is a state employee who is on a tuition waiver and thus is not able to official register until the 6th day of the quarter but would like access to your Bb class prior to that date. An example of an observer is someone who is on your tenure committee who needs to observe your Bb classroom and does not need Instructor Control Panel access. A tutor is an individual who is hired through one of the tutoring centers on campus to provide tutoring for a fully or mostly online class and needs access to the Bb classroom to carry out the tutoring. This form is also to be used for students with incompletes. |
