Climate Task Force Survey
April 2005

The Climate Task Force, charged with developing a plan to address the issues of campus climate, is gathering data from a variety of sources across campus. This questionnaire should take only a few minutes to complete as it asks for only one to three things that you believe positively contribute to campus climate and one to three concerns that you believe negatively impact the climate.  Please be assured that YOU WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED by participating.  If you are concerned about the anonymity of this process, you may want to simply write the answers to these questions on a piece of paper and send them to Dorothy Cirelli (Room 4122) or John Backes (Rm 4205).  Your responses will be added to the information submitted electronically.

When the feedback has been compiled by task force members, recommendations for a plan of action will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees and to the President.  In order to meet timeline deadlines, we need to receive your input by next Tuesday, April 26th.  Thank you in advance for your participation.

Deadline:  Tuesday, April 26 at 5:00 pm.  THANKS.
