Committee Name: Climate Task Force Purpose: The purpose of the Climate Task Force is to develop a thoughtful plan to address the issues of campus climate at Shoreline Community College. This task force will gather information from the campus on specific issues related to the teaching, learning and working environment for College employees and students and other related issues, review and analyze the data and feedback, and recommend an action plan to address key concerns. The Task Force will set a timeline to accomplish the development of a draft plan by August 1, 2005, and will disband sometime next year. The Task Force reports directly to the President and the Board of Trustees. Advisory to: President Holly Moore and the Board of Trustees Meeting Frequency: Weekly, with adjustments as needed. Communication of Agenda and Minutes: Length of Time Committee Will Exist: Through September, 2005 with additional meetings to be determined. Membership: The members of the Task Force have been recommended by the leaders of the four primary campus constituencies:
